Buske Logistics (“Buske”), portfolio company of Fourshore Partners (“Fourshore”) announced today its acquisition of Hydra Warehouse and Transportation (“Hydra”), a premier provider of critical contract logistics services with expertise in the food and beverage industries.Buske Logistics is a 101-year-old, asset-light contract warehousing company with a focus on food and beverage, and automotive industries.
Hydra Warehouse and Transportation is an integrated logistics company providing warehousing and transportation services to the bourbon and food processing industries in Kentucky and southern Indiana. Hydra currently operates five warehouses totaling close to 1.5 million square feet serving several global companies in the bourbon industry.
