JetBlue Introduces Award-Winning Mint Experience in Orlando for the First Time
JetBlue , known for redefining air travel with customer-centric innovation and comfort, has announced a significant expansion of its premium offering—the Mint® experience—into Orlando International Airport (MCO) for the very first time. This launch marks a pivotal moment for the airline and its Central Florida customers, bringing a new level of luxury and service to one of the country’s most visited and dynamic markets.
Starting October 30, 2025, JetBlue will operate two daily round-trip flights featuring Mint service between Orlando and Las Vegas (LAS) for the winter travel season. One of these flights will continue as a year-round service, giving travelers in the Orlando area ongoing access to JetBlue’s acclaimed take on premium domestic travel. To commemorate the expansion, the airline is offering limited-time promotional fares, with introductory one-way pricing starting at $599 for Mint and $109 for core economy class. These fares are available exclusively through jetblue.com.
A Milestone in JetBlue’s Orlando Journey
The timing of this announcement is especially significant, coinciding with JetBlue’s celebration of 25 years of operations in Orlando. Since its entry into the Orlando market in 2000, JetBlue has steadily grown to become a key player at MCO, operating over 60 daily departures to 27 destinations. Orlando is considered a “focus city” for JetBlue and is home to a substantial number of crewmembers who train and work at the Orlando Support Campus (OSC), the airline’s dedicated facility for training and operational support.
“Orlando has always been an important city to JetBlue, and we’re excited to debut Mint service in this market with flights to Las Vegas,” said Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s Vice President of Network Planning and Airline Partnerships. “As we celebrate 25 years in Orlando, this marks an exciting new chapter for us and our Central Florida customers, who can now enjoy lie-flat seats, curated restaurant-style dining, and premium benefits on a new leisure route, just in time for the winter travel season.”
Mint Flight Schedule: Orlando to Las Vegas
The new Mint service will initially operate twice daily between MCO and LAS from October 30, 2025, through March 28, 2026. After the winter season, one daily Mint-equipped flight will continue on a year-round basis. The schedule has been designed to accommodate a range of traveler needs, whether flying for business, leisure, or major events in Las Vegas.
Mint Service Schedule (October 30, 2025 – March 28, 2026):
- Flight #2831: Departs MCO at 7:55 a.m. – Arrives LAS at 10:15 a.m.

This expanded schedule provides ample flexibility for both early and late travelers, catering to vacationers, event-goers, and business professionals alike.
Elevating Premium Travel from Newark

In addition to the Orlando-Las Vegas Mint rollout, JetBlue is also increasing premium access from the Northeast. The airline is extending its popular Mint service between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Originally scheduled to conclude in October 2025, the Mint-equipped flights will now continue through January 4, 2026, providing additional availability during the busy holiday travel season.
Furthermore, starting January 5, 2026, JetBlue will introduce a new seasonal route between Newark and Las Vegas, also featuring the Mint experience. This twice-daily Mint service will operate through June 10, 2026, allowing customers to travel in comfort during major events hosted in Las Vegas, including global conferences and entertainment showcases. Promotional fares on this route also start at $499 in Mint and $109 in core economy for a limited time.
Mint Service Schedule Between EWR and LAS (January 5 – June 10, 2026):
- Flight #957: Departs EWR at 7:00 a.m. – Arrives LAS at 9:20 a.m.
- Flight #956: Departs LAS at 10:30 a.m. – Arrives EWR at 6:35 p.m.

“With these added Mint flights, even more customers in the New York metro area will have access to the comfort, style, and signature service that have helped redefine premium domestic travel since Mint’s debut,” Jehn added.
The Mint Experience: Redefining Premium Travel
Launched in 2014, JetBlue Mint transformed the premium air travel space by bringing luxury to routes that had traditionally been dominated by legacy carriers. The Mint cabin features fully lie-flat seats, and on select aircraft, individual Mint suites with sliding privacy doors offer customers a first-of-its-kind experience for domestic business travel.
Mint passengers enjoy a host of elevated amenities, including:
- Gourmet dining curated by Delicious Hospitality Group, featuring small plates inspired by renowned New York City restaurants.
- Tuft & Needle® bedding for restful comfort during flight.
- Custom wellness kits with thoughtful travel essentials.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi and in-seat entertainment.
- Complimentary brand-name snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
JetBlue’s customer-first approach and the distinctiveness of the Mint experience have earned the airline accolades across the industry, from design awards to high customer satisfaction ratings. Whether on long-haul coast-to-coast flights or new leisure markets like Orlando to Las Vegas, the goal is the same: to provide a premium, human-centric experience without the premium attitude.
A Strategic Move in a Competitive Landscape
JetBlue’s decision to expand Mint service from both Orlando and Newark reflects broader trends in air travel, including increasing demand for high-comfort travel experiences on routes beyond traditional business corridors. As more leisure travelers seek elevated experiences and hybrid business-leisure travel becomes more common, Mint positions JetBlue to compete directly with the premium offerings of legacy airlines.
Additionally, this expansion reinforces JetBlue’s strategic focus on high-growth markets. Las Vegas continues to see strong travel demand year-round, making it a natural fit for the airline’s upscale product offering. The inclusion of Orlando, one of the busiest U.S. airports by passenger volume, allows JetBlue to cater to a wide range of travelers, from vacationers headed to the Strip to professionals attending conventions and conferences.
As JetBlue celebrates a quarter-century of service in Central Florida, the launch of Mint in Orlando signals not only a celebration of its past but also a bold step into its future. The move demonstrates JetBlue’s continued investment in product innovation, market growth, and customer satisfaction.
With additional Mint routes on the horizon and an evolving fleet that includes the Airbus A321neo and other next-generation aircraft, JetBlue is well-positioned to continue reshaping what travelers expect from domestic premium air travel—offering more comfort, more style, and more choice.
