Bringing a wealth of experience and a track record of success in capital raising and corporate financial strategy, Steven is poised to make significant contributions to Venti’s financial landscape. His responsibilities include managing fundraising initiatives, accounting and reporting functions, and implementing growth strategies to propel Venti’s continued success.

Steven’s professional journey began at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he worked in Consumer and Retail Investment Banking. His expertise spans domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as debt and equity capital markets transactions. Subsequently, Steven served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Tokopedia (now GoTo) in Indonesia. There, he played a pivotal role in fundraising efforts for multiple private rounds and contributed significantly to the Gojek-Tokopedia merger, the largest M&A transaction in Southeast Asia at the time.

Steven, who holds two B.S. degrees from the University of Southern California, one in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting, and one in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, is based in Venti’s Singapore office. His background, coupled with his experience in driving growth and overseeing financial operations, positions him as a valuable addition to Venti’s executive leadership team.
