The acquisitions enhance DIETL’s end-to-end services spanning secure warehousing, handling, packing, exhibition support, customs brokerage, and technology-enabled logistics.The newly acquired companies include Delaware Freeport, Delaware National Art Company, Techno Export, and Registrar Technologies. Together, these organizations bring deep operational expertise and advanced infrastructure that will further expand DIETL’s service footprint and reinforce its position as a comprehensive logistics partner for collectors, galleries, museums, and cultural institutions.
Through the integration of these businesses, DIETL will broaden its offerings in high-security art storage, specialized loading and unloading, climate-controlled transportation, crating and packaging, customs clearance, and digital logistics solutions. The acquisitions complement DIETL’s existing operations while enabling greater scalability and service consistency across major art hubs in the United States.
Delaware Freeport will operate under the name Delaware Freeport by DIETL, formally joining DIETL’s trusted storage network for high-value artworks. The facility specializes in secure, temperature- and humidity-controlled storage designed to meet the preservation requirements of fine art and cultural assets. As a U.S.-based foreign trade zone and free port dedicated to the art market, Delaware Freeport offers enhanced flexibility for the long-term storage, management, and conservation of artworks, making it an important asset for collectors and institutions seeking secure and compliant solutions.
Delaware National Art Company will operate as DNA by DIETL, providing professional art transportation, custom packing, storage, and exhibition support services. DNA by DIETL will continue to serve artists, galleries, and institutions with fully climate-controlled processes and sustainable handling solutions, ensuring the safe movement and presentation of artworks at every stage.
The remaining acquired companies—Techno Export and Registrar Technologies—will further strengthen DIETL’s regional reach, customs and trade expertise, and technology-driven logistics capabilities. Their operations will be progressively integrated into DIETL’s broader service ecosystem, supporting the company’s long-term platform development and commitment to operational excellence.
