While it took several years for the organization to generate its first billion dollars in revenue, BZI achieved its second billion in just over two years, underscoring the strength of its operating model and long-term strategy.
Celebrating Impact at the “Impact 2026” Connect Conference
BZI commemorated the achievements of 2025 during its annual Connect Conference, themed “Impact 2026.” The event brought together team members, partners, customers, and industry leaders to reflect on the company’s progress and share its vision for the future. Central to the conference was BZI’s mission: “To Create High-Value Opportunities and Thriving Communities.”
Throughout the event, BZI highlighted how its projects, innovations, and workforce development efforts generated meaningful outcomes not only for customers and partners, but also for the communities in which it operates.
