BZI® Reflects on a Transformational 2025 Marked by Growth, Innovation, and Lasting Impact

BZI®, a nationally recognized steel and construction company known for redefining performance through innovation, technology, and culture, has announced that 2025 marked one of the most impactful years in its history. Throughout the year, the company achieved significant progress across organizational development, revenue expansion, customer success, operational performance, technological advancement, and community engagement—further reinforcing its reputation as an industry leader.

As part of its year-end reflections, BZI also revealed a major financial milestone: cumulative company revenue since 2017 has now surpassed $2 billion. Notably, the pace of growth continues to accelerate. While it took several years for the organization to generate its first billion dollars in revenue, BZI achieved its second billion in just over two years, underscoring the strength of its operating model and long-term strategy.

Celebrating Impact at the “Impact 2026” Connect Conference

BZI commemorated the achievements of 2025 during its annual Connect Conference, themed “Impact 2026.” The event brought together team members, partners, customers, and industry leaders to reflect on the company’s progress and share its vision for the future. Central to the conference was BZI’s mission: “To Create High-Value Opportunities and Thriving Communities.”

Throughout the event, BZI highlighted how its projects, innovations, and workforce development efforts generated meaningful outcomes not only for customers and partners, but also for the communities in which it operates. The conference served as both a celebration of progress and a forward-looking forum focused on continued excellence.

James Barlow, Chief Executive Officer of BZI, emphasized that impact is deeply embedded in the company’s daily operations.

Every day, BZI and our team members focus on making a positive impact in everything we do,” Barlow said. “This year’s conference provided a powerful platform to highlight the performance and progress of our work, and to showcase how BZI’s innovations, culture, and contributions create lasting value for our customers, partners, industry, communities, and team members.”

Barlow added that BZI’s success is rooted in the dedication and expertise of its workforce.

Our accomplishments are the result of exceptional commitment and skill across our teams,” he said. “Our people are the foundation of BZI. As we move into 2026, we remain focused on three pillars of excellence: Culture, Client Experience, and Profitability.”

BZI’s achievements throughout 2025 were widely recognized by partners and industry leaders, many of whom shared their perspectives during the Impact 2026 conference.
