Avenger Flight Group (AFG), a leading provider of flight training solutions, has announced a leadership transition as part of its growth strategy. Pedro Sors, the company’s founder and long-time CEO, will step into the role of Strategic Advisor. Andres Restrepo, previously the Executive Vice President, has been appointed Interim CEO.
In his new role, Sors will provide strategic guidance and support AFG’s long-term goals, ensuring a smooth leadership transition.

Restrepo, who has a strong background in operational excellence, will guide the company through this transition while the Board searches for a permanent CEO.
