C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. has enlisted Jim Reutlinger, an expert in Continuous Improvement and Lean methodology, to join its senior leadership team. Reutlinger will establish a new Program Management Office aimed at advancing the company’s strategic priorities.
Effective January 3, 2024, Jim Reutlinger assumes the role of Vice President, Enterprise Strategy Program Management at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. Reporting directly to President and CEO Dave Bozeman, Reutlinger’s primary responsibility is launching a new Program Management Office dedicated to enhancing capabilities crucial for advancing the company’s strategic goals and fostering substantial growth. Having previously served as a consultant at C.H. Robinson, Reutlinger played a pivotal role in advising on efficiency improvements across the business.
President and CEO Dave Bozeman expressed the significance of this move, stating, “C.H. Robinson is at an important inflection point, and we are making moves that will help accelerate our progress as a company.” Bozeman highlighted the market’s increasing complexity and customers facing supply chain challenges, emphasizing the company’s unique ability to offer end-to-end solutions globally. With over 25 years of experience in sales, operations, customer support, and mergers and acquisitions, Reutlinger brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. His background includes leadership positions at Danaher Corporation, where he served as Vice President, Global Professional Services, leading high double-digit growth organizations and expanding operating margins in technical landscapes.
Bozeman expressed excitement about having Jim Reutlinger officially join the Robinson team, anticipating his continued contributions to improving and growing the company in 2024 and beyond.
