CargoSprint Announces Strategic Investment from Lone View Capital

CargoSprint, a leading provider of innovative cargo industry solutions, announced a strategic investment from Lone View Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm specializing in the technology sector. Lone View has acquired a majority stake in CargoSprint, marking a significant milestone for the Company. With this investment, Caro Krissman, a longtime advisor to CargoSprint’s board, has stepped into the role of CEO, while Founder Joshua Wolf transitions to a board advisory position.

Founded in 2012, CargoSprint focuses on enhancing efficiency in “middle mile” cargo operations. Its two primary products address critical industry needs: SprintPay simplifies payment processing, and SprintPass optimizes logistics, including scheduling, compliance, and cargo pickups. Today, CargoSprint serves a wide range of customers worldwide, from freight forwarders and trucking companies to airlines, cargo facilities, and industry associations.

“I’m honored to take on the role of CEO and to continue building on the foundation that Joshua and the CargoSprint team have created over the past 12 years,” said Caro Krissman, CEO of CargoSprint. “With Lone View’s investment, we can drive further innovation and deliver even more value to our customers as they support shippers, importers, and beneficial cargo owners around the world.”

“Having Caro as CEO is a natural fit given his extensive industry insight and commitment to our customers,” said Joshua Wolf, Founder and Board Advisor of CargoSprint. “I’m confident that Lone View’s expertise in both investment and operations makes them the ideal partner for CargoSprint’s next chapter.”

Doug Ceto, Partner at Lone View, added, “CargoSprint has a strong track record of helping the cargo industry streamline logistics and supply chain processes. We’re excited to support the Company’s vision and look forward to contributing to their R&D efforts as they enter this new growth phase.”

Morris, Manning & Martin LLP acted as legal counsel to CargoSprint, while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP served as legal counsel to Lone View.
