With more than two decades of experience in human resources and operational leadership, Galbraith has been instrumental in shaping HR functions in various high-growth industries, including technology, entertainment, and digital media. Her expertise spans talent development, corporate culture transformation, and organizational design.

Prior to joining DAT, Galbraith served as the Senior Vice President of People Experience at Xero, a global cloud-based accounting platform. At Xero, she led the global HR Business Partnering function across multiple regions, including the Americas, UK/EMEA, New Zealand, and Australia. She was responsible for defining HR strategies that spanned talent management, leadership development, and fostering an inclusive company culture.

Galbraith has also worked extensively with startups and fast-growing companies, both as an internal leader and as a strategic advisor.
