EuroAtlantic Airways (EAA), a leading Portuguese provider of wet-leasing and charter solutions and a portfolio company of Njord Partners, has finalized an agreement to acquire two Boeing 777 aircraft. This acquisition reinforces the company’s fleet and enhances its ability to meet rising global demand for air travel.
The addition of these aircraft marks a significant milestone for EAA, bringing its total fleet to five Boeing aircraft. This move aligns with the company’s broader strategy to expand service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. The two Boeing 777s, already operated by EAA, will now permanently integrate into the fleet, securing capacity on key international routes and supporting long-term growth objectives.
“We are thrilled to permanently integrate these two Boeing 777s into our fleet,” said Stewart Higginson, CEO and President of EAA. “These long-range, three-class, high-cargo aircraft are known for their reliability and exceptional passenger comfort.
