Glossier Joins the GXO Family

GXO Logistics, Inc., the world’s leading pure-play contract logistics provider, proudly announces the successful acquisition of PFSweb (PFS) and the subsequent win of Glossier’s direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations. GXO will now oversee Glossier’s business-to-business order fulfillment for its retail partners in the U.S.

Building on the success of their collaboration in the U.K., PFS has recently taken on the management of direct-to-consumer order fulfillment for Glossier’s U.S. e-commerce customers and business-to-business fulfillment for retail locations, using distribution centers in Las Vegas and Dallas. The comprehensive logistics solution also includes managed transportation services for Glossier in the U.S.

With the acquisition of PFS in October 2023, GXO has expanded its capabilities to offer customized, premium customer experiences to leading beauty and wellness companies, ranging from start-ups to globally recognized brands. The pick and pack operations adhere to the most detailed specifications, ensuring a memorable unboxing experience for consumers.

Following the acquisition, GXO has taken over the operation of a distribution center in Southampton, England, fulfilling Glossier’s orders since 2020 across the U.K. and Europe, supporting Glossier’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce business with personalized, branded fulfillment operations.
