Grammer Logistics, a leading hazardous materials transportation and logistics firm, announced today it was recently certified by the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Responsible Care® Partner Program.
ACC’s Responsible Care Partner Program extends Responsible Care’s ethic of safety and sustainability to organizations in the chemical supply chain, including logistics, transportation, and distribution. Partners adhere to the same Responsible Care commitments as manufacturing members. The voluntary certification program recognizes industry leaders focused on safety, transparency and sustainability in the chemical and bulk goods industry. Certified companies meet and exceed the highest standards of environmental, health, safety, and security (EHS&S) performance in the marketplace. Audits and regular assessments ensure compliance with the Responsible Care Partner Program throughout partner organizations.
We are proud to be recognized as a Responsible Care certified partner,” said Scott Dobak, CEO of Grammer Logistics. “This achievement is a testament to Grammer’s culture of excellence in the services and safety we consistently deliver to the marketplace. The disciplines of the program will continue to enhance our operations, enhancing safety, sustainability, and service quality. This milestone reinforces our long-term commitment to being a trusted transportation partner to our customers.”
American Chemistry Council commends Grammer Logistics on recently obtaining certification to the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS). Grammer Logistics was able to complete this process on an accelerated schedule, demonstrating its commitment to environmental, health, safety, and security excellence. ACC looks forward to continued contributions by Grammer Logistics to the success of its Responsible Care Partner Program,” said Dan Roczniak, Senior Director, Responsible Care, American Chemistry Council.
