His primary focus will be on enhancing sales, marketing, and service strategies to foster global growth and amplify the company’s presence in the refrigeration industry.

Bauer brings a wealth of experience, having built a distinguished career over 38 years in the industry. His previous leadership positions include roles at notable companies such as TROX GmbH, FläktGroup, Systemair, ebm-papst, BITZER, and most recently, Multi-Wing Group ApS. His comprehensive background encompasses both system and component manufacturing, with significant expertise in business development, sales strategies, and cross-cultural leadership.
