Devine, CPA, MBA, MST, to its Board of Directors as an independent director. Her appointment is effective immediately, and she will stand for election at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Devine will serve in her new role until her successor is duly elected and qualified or until an earlier departure due to death, disqualification, resignation, or removal. Additionally, Ms. Devine has been appointed to the Board’s Audit Committee, further strengthening the Company’s governance and financial oversight. With her addition, the IS&S Board of Directors now comprises six members.
About Denise L. Devine
Ms. Devine brings a wealth of expertise and a distinguished career to IS&S. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of FNB Holdings LLC, a company she established in 2014 to pioneer health and wellness initiatives. Her innovative leadership in this space has had a transformative impact, particularly in the areas of nutrition and lifelong health. Prior to FNB Holdings, Ms. Devine founded Nutripharm, Inc., where she served as CEO for over a decade. Under her leadership, Nutripharm developed a robust portfolio of composition and process patents for natural food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.
Ms. Devine’s corporate governance experience is extensive. She currently serves on the Board of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), where she provides strategic oversight and contributes to its continued growth. In addition, her career includes significant financial management roles. She was Chief Financial Officer for Energy Solutions International and held pivotal positions at the Campbell Soup Company. Her accounting and financial acumen have been recognized at the state and national levels. Ms. Devine has chaired the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy and served on the Board of the American Institute of CPAs.
