Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit has announced that Kracor, now rebranded as Yamaha Marine Rotational Molders, will operate under this new name moving forward. John Augustiniak has been appointed as the General Manager, responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and operational strategy, along with sales, marketing, and logistics for the company’s rotationally molded plastic products across recreational marine and other sectors. Ben Speciale, President of Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit, expressed confidence in Augustiniak’s leadership, stating, “His significant expertise will enhance manufacturing capabilities and drive innovation, reinforcing Yamaha’s commitment to quality.”
Augustiniak joined Yamaha Marine Rotational Molders in September 2024, bringing over 30 years of operational leadership experience. Previously, he served as Operations Manager for Amazon’s Texas and Wisconsin facilities, where he managed customer fulfillment and distribution. His extensive background includes roles in printing, packaging, and industrial films and extrusions, along with a proven record of implementing continuous business process improvements.
He will report directly to Bill Boehman, President of Yamaha Marine Systems Company, Inc., and Yamaha Jet Boat Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc.
