Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a leading multi-line program administrator based in Carlsbad, California, known for its advanced use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and predictive modeling in insurance, is excited to announce the appointment of Matt Grimm as Senior Vice President of Transportation. In this role, Matt will oversee underwriting operations for Paramount, focusing on expanding and enhancing the company’s transportation products, with a particular emphasis on the trucking sector. This move underscores ISC’s dedication to advancing its market-leading solutions in the transportation insurance industry. ISC acquired Paramount, based in Tyler, Texas, in 2019.

With over 25 years in transportation insurance management, including a decade in private law practice focused on trucking-related personal injury cases, Matt brings a vast array of expertise to ISC and Paramount. His career includes leadership positions at prominent organizations, such as serving as President of Greenwich Transportation Underwriters, Inc., where he was responsible for operations, profitability, and growth in truck insurance and logistics services.
Before Greenwich, Matt was President of Vanliner Insurance Company, where he led initiatives that strengthened its position in the moving and storage insurance market. He began his career at Great West Casualty Company, advancing from Claims Attorney to Underwriting Manager for the Southeast Region.
Matt’s subject matter expertise has been sought by major industry associations, including the American Trucking Association, the American Bus Association, the American Moving and Storage Association (now part of the ATA), and the National Home Delivery Association.
