Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a leader in technology-driven global transportation and logistics solutions, has announced its acquisition of the assets and operations of TCB Transportation Associates, LLC, operating as TCB Transportation. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, TCB is a privately held intermodal marketing company specializing in the movement of 40- and 53-foot containers across North America.
The acquisition was completed through Radiant’s wholly owned subsidiary, Radiant Road and Rail, Inc., and follows a structured transaction model that includes performance-based payments in subsequent periods.
Founded in 1999, TCB is known for its comprehensive door-to-door services for shippers, leveraging partnerships with steamship lines, Class I railroads, and an extensive drayage network. The company is recognized as a leading provider of 40-foot container services, catering to industries such as forestry products, food and beverage, metals and mining, and chemicals.
Post-acquisition, TCB will remain under the leadership of founder Jerry Kausch, Jr., with plans to transition to the Radiant brand by 2025. Kausch will report to Christopher Brach, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Radiant Road & Rail, Inc.
