Align Capital Partners (ACP) portfolio company Schneider Geospatial, LLC (referred to as “Schneider Geospatial” or the “Company”) has acquired Systems Development Group (SDG), a provider of geo-centric property record and analysis solutions for local governments. SDG will now operate as an integrated part of Schneider Geospatial, serving more than 1,000 local government clients across 34 states.
SDG’s well-known Image Mate Online (IMO) platform and related services will be incorporated into Schneider Geospatial’s industry-leading Parcel Management solution portfolio. “We are excited to welcome SDG to Schneider Geospatial,” said Jeff Corns, CEO of Schneider Geospatial. “The integration of our teams will allow us to continue providing exceptional customer service and drive innovation across all our solutions.”
SDG’s strong reputation for enhancing public access to real property information and delivering superior customer support aligns with Schneider Geospatial’s mission. This acquisition strengthens Schneider Geospatial’s ability to offer geo-centric solutions tailored to the needs of state and local governments, as well as the citizens they serve.

This acquisition marks the fourth add-on for Schneider Geospatial since ACP acquired the company in June 2022. Align Capital Partners, a growth-focused private equity firm, worked alongside Schneider Geospatial’s management team on the transaction. ACP manages $1.6 billion in committed capital and specializes in partnering with business owners and management teams to drive growth in lower-middle-market companies within the business services, technology, specialty manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
