One of the key components of this collaboration is Maersk’s ability to ensure the availability of spare parts, with a targeted 98% availability rate. The brand will also provide a rapid delivery service, ensuring that spare parts and vehicles can reach dealers and customers within 24 to 48 hours across the UAE. This guarantees that OMODA & JAECOO customers experience an unmatched ownership experience, with minimal downtime and quick access to any required parts.

The spare parts and vehicles covered by this agreement include OMODA & JAECOO’s most sought-after models, such as the flagship OMODA C5 and the rugged JAECOO J8. These models represent the brands’ commitment to combining style, performance, and innovation, and the partnership with Maersk ensures that essential parts and vehicles are always within reach for both dealers and end-users.

Developed in close collaboration between OMODA & JAECOO and Maersk, the warehousing and distribution solution adheres to world-class industry standards. By combining efficiency and precision in its design, this solution is built to promptly address the needs of both dealers and customers, ensuring seamless support for after-sales service. The operational workflow is optimized to guarantee that all processes, from receiving and storing vehicles and spare parts to their eventual distribution, are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

As part of this strategic partnership, Maersk will also be responsible for managing the inbound clearance of finished vehicles and spare parts arriving at Jebel Ali Port. Maersk will transport these items directly to its advanced facility, where its cutting-edge Warehousing Management System (WMS) will be employed to efficiently track and manage both vehicle and spare part inventories. The WMS allows Maersk to ensure that stock levels are maintained, minimizing delays and enhancing the responsiveness of the distribution network.

Once inventory is organized, Maersk’s last-mile distribution services will ensure that vehicles and spare parts are delivered to key locations throughout the UAE. These locations include major cities such as Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring that customers across the region can access the parts and vehicles they need quickly and efficiently.
