RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. (RoadSafe), a leading provider of infrastructure safety services, announced its acquisition of Utah-based All Star Striping, a specialized pavement marking company known for handling complex projects across Utah and neighboring states. This marks RoadSafe’s sixteenth acquisition since partnering with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
Kevin O’Meara, CEO of RoadSafe, stated, “This acquisition strengthens our capabilities in the Salt Lake Valley region, particularly in airport and complex pavement striping, complementing our existing heavy highway pavement marking and traffic control services.”
Co-owners of All Star Striping, Lauren and Ben Rogers, expressed excitement about the partnership, believing it will provide growth opportunities for their team and expand the company’s capabilities. They highlighted RoadSafe’s proven track record of successful collaborations with Utah-based companies.
