Leifheit’s Journey and Expertise

Bringing more than 27 years of experience in the engineering and architecture industry, Leifheit has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational success and business expansion. Since joining Wilson & Company in 2007, he has held several leadership positions, progressively expanding his role and responsibilities within the company.

In 2018, Leifheit was appointed Rail Division Manager, overseeing the rail services market and UIC/Field Services Program. His expertise in infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and operational management contributed significantly to the firm’s continued success in the rail industry. As the company underwent an organizational restructuring, Leifheit transitioned into the role of Senior Vice President of Private Infrastructure, where he played a critical role in shaping and executing Wilson & Company’s business strategies. His ability to streamline operations, drive innovation, and strengthen key partnerships made him the ideal choice for the COO position.
